Indian Prime Minister Honored at State Dinner

November 24, 2009:

Ohio State Rep. Jay Goyal (D-Mansfield) attended the state dinner hosted by President Barack and Michelle Obama as the President welcomed the Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh. This was the first official state dinner of the Obama administration.
